As a Senior, making life-
Toward that end, I am proud to have earned the distinguished SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialists). What that means is I’ve taken many additional hours of training to help senior clients make wise decisions when buying, selling or investing in real estate. Many seniors have not bought or sold in years and their issues and needs are special in order to protect and enhance their equity.
Prior to my real estate career, I was a clinical social worker which, little did I know, was the perfect background for my career in real estate. Much of my prior clinical work was with seniors, and as a result I have specialized in the area of working with mature adults as they transition though lifestyle changes.
It is truly gratifying to become a part of someone’s life – to be a guide, a support, and a friend to someone I may have just met. Assisting my senior clients when they buy and sell their homes has allowed me to use the listening, negotiating and training skills which have proven invaluable. I work personally with my clients to provide seamless transactions throughout the entire purchase or sale of their home. And many of these relationships have endured for years.
Please contact me and we’ll discuss your personal home buying or selling needs.

From the moment we met Lynn, we knew she was the right person to sell our home. She answered all of our questions, was expertly prepared, and was professional and dedicated to getting the job done. Her hard work at marketing our home, holding open houses and following up with interested buyers paid off. We highly recommend Lynn to anyone who wants action and results in selling his or her home!
