Solana Beach: Upscale incorporated city between Rancho Santa Fe and the ocean. Schools among the best in the state, town is split by I5 with older homes on the west, with newer on the east side. Del Mar: Once a sleepy beach community, now home to the rich and famous. Equals La Jolla in beach town panache. Breathtaking canyons, commercial strip, and arguably the best beaches in the county! Carmel Valley: Landmarks include the top-rated Torrey Pines Golf Course. Close to Del Mar beaches and racetrack, this community offers great shopping and quiet rest and relaxation.

Here are some highlighted areas the stunning Central Coast of San Diego has to offer! Torrey Pines: North of La Jolla, is both a vacation destination and residental favorite in Southern Calfornia. La Jolla: Probably the most famous city in the area, La Jolla offers hillsides filled with beautiful homes and outstanding restaurants, art galleries and shops. Pacific Beach: Headquarters for the sporting set, "P.B." features famous Mission Beach and Mission Bay. Central San Diego offers may of the most exciting communities in San Diego County, below are some of the highlighed areas. Linda Vista: On the north side of Mission Valley from just east of I5 to Highway 163, the name is spanish for "pretty view." This gentle upward slope to the east allows many residents to enjoy a beautiful view. Mission Valley: Defined by the San Diego River which runs through the center of it, the valley is noted for its shopping malls, car dealerships, and Hotel Circle. Hillcrest: Situated along the west and north sides of Balboa Park and north to the rim of Mission Vally, Hillcrest boasts great shopping and wonderful restaurants with an urban feel. Golden Hill: Where the land begins to slope upward at the east end of Downtown San Diego, Golden Hill is mostly a residential neighborhood, including historic impressive mansions along the park.
