You're about to learn secrets most people will never know about buying a home in San Diego.
Here's how most people buy a home: 1. Surf the net 2. Check the classifieds 3. Make random calls 4. Visit an open house here and there 5. Begin working with a Real Estate Agent they have never met before and know nothing about 6. Look at several homes 7. Make an offer or two 8. Buy a home (often for too much $$, or not a home that meets their needs)
Sound Familiar? What's the problem? What is missing?
Knowledge! As the old saying goes, "knowledge is power." No Knowledge=No power! The truth is too many people spend more time researching what movie to see than which agent to use what they should know about home buying. So they roll the dice!
One of the biggest financial moves in life is hanging in the balance, and it all depends on the good will of strangers or friends and the ravages of fortune, the luck of the draw. But now with the knowledge you are about to get your hands on, you will be in the driver’s seat. You'll gain an unfair advantage over other home buyers and many agents, all for free! |
