During this past summer, we had the pleasure of working with Lynn Dasteel in both the sale of our previous Del Cerro home, and the purchase of our new one. Having bought and sold three other times, with different realtors, none has impressed us more than Lynn.
Lynn is a professional through and through. She is friendly, trustworthy, punctual and honest. In both sales, our interests and concerns came first, not hers or the other party's. Also, her marketing strategy was diverse in the sale of our home, including utilizing a new internet realty site, a realtor caravan, and walking the neighborhood handing out flyers. No other realtor has worked so hard in the sale of our homes. Finally, because Lynn stayed so current on new listings, we were able to see our new home the day it came on the market. If she didn´t, it would have been sold that first weekend.
